Mr. Haddad is an immigrant to the United States, and a U.S. Citizen by choice. As a child, he lived in Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. After graduating from High School, he attended the University of Texas at Austin for both his undergraduate Bachelor’s and graduate Master’s Degrees, and worked in the computer field to fund his education. Mr. Haddad attended the University of Texas School of Law, and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law.
During and immediately after law school, Mr. Haddad volunteered on a pro bono basis with immigration clinics because of his interest in international and immigration issues. This allowed him to assist individuals and families with their immigration needs. Prior to establishing his immigration practice, Mr. Haddad was an Assistant Attorney General and Assistant General Counsel for the State of Texas, where he focused on issues pertaining to access to public information (FOIA/TPIA) and administrative law.
While working at immigration clinics, Mr. Haddad realized that without Client participation in their case and knowledge of immigration law benefits and consequences, individuals are unable to make the best decisions for themselves, their families and their future. Mr. Haddad believes in providing a transparent legal process experience, where Clients know their immigration options based on their specific situations and they understand where they are in the immigration process. An immigrant himself, Mr. Haddad has a keen sense of both family immigration concerns and business related immigration needs.
